本报讯（记者 张益波 报道） 编者按：金秋十月同欢庆，福路中华葫芦颂。由扈鲁教授策划的“福路中华”葫芦艺术主题音乐会，在举国欢庆新中国成立70周年之际如期举行。音乐会以展示葫芦乐器和图腾为主线，以舞蹈、乐器、演唱等为载体，音色美妙的各种葫芦乐器配以优美的舞蹈，淋漓尽致的演绎了世界多民族的风情与风韵，精彩纷呈又如梦如幻，多姿多彩且不同凡响，别开生面又独具匠心，余音绕梁且如痴如醉。通过直播给广大观众留下了深刻的印象，受到了海内外专家学者的高度评价，现将五位海外专家学者的观点汇编刊发，与广大葫芦文化艺术爱好者共勉。
Editors note：Autumn October with celebration, Fulu China with gourd ode.The "Fulu China" gourd art theme concert, planned by professor Hu lu, was held as scheduled as the whole country celebrated the 70th anniversary of the founding of new China. This concert takes showing the gourd instruments and totem as the main line, and takes dance, Musical Instruments, singing etc. as the carrier, a variety of gourd musical instruments with beautiful sounds and associated with beautiful dances, vividly interprets the amorous feelings and graceful bearing of many ethnic groups in the world, wonderful and dreamlike, colorful and extraordinary, unique and original, lingering and fascinating. The live broadcast has left a deep impression on the vast audience, and has been highly appraised by experts and scholars at home and abroad. Now, the opinions of five overseas experts and scholars are compiled and published to encourage the gourd culture and art lovers.

我于2018年受美国萨费尔学院的委托，到曲阜师范大学音乐学院执教，有幸结识扈鲁先生并感受他的葫芦文化艺术。
In 2018, I was entrusted by safire college in the United States to teach at the music college of Qufu Normal University. I had the honor to get to know Mr. Hu lu and to feel his gourd culture and art.
我惊叹于扈鲁先生房间里形态各异、惹人喜爱的葫芦，面对色彩鲜艳的民族服装和民族乐器，还有洋洋洒洒几十卷本的葫芦文化书籍，心中顿生敬佩之意。我着迷于扈鲁先生在栩栩如生的泥塑前对拉祜族的美丽传说的细腻讲述……脑海里时常跳跃回旋，组成了一幅幅儿童葫芦音乐剧的舞台画面。
I marveled at the various forms of lovable gourds in Mr. Hu lu's room. In the face of colorful national costumes and musical instruments, as well as dozens of volumes-sized gourd culture books, I felt admired in my heart. I was fascinated by Mr. Hu lu's exquisite account of the beautiful legend of Lagu nationality in front of lifelike clay sculptures... From time to time, there are jumps and maneuvers in my mind, forming a stage picture of children's gourd musicals.
执教结束之时，我把音乐剧设想与扈鲁先生进行交流，碰撞出了灵感和火花，点燃了彼此心中的创作热情，我确定这是一个最好的葫芦音乐剧的素材。
At the end of my teaching, I communicated with Mr. Hulu about the idea of the musical, which came up with inspirations and sparks, and ignited the creative passion in each other's hearts. I was sure this was the best material for gourd musical.
扈鲁先生借此策划创意，于2019年10月13日晚，由曲阜师范大学音乐学院师生表演的一场精彩纷呈的葫芦艺术主题音乐会再次把弘扬民族葫芦文化，增强文化自信的艺术实践活动推向高潮，这让我非常欣慰与感动，通过网络全球直播让大家分享观看了这场葫芦艺术主题音乐会的精彩演出。音乐会采用了歌唱、舞蹈、器乐、等形式，讲的是源远流长的葫芦文化，如《葫芦渡》，唱的是少数民族乡野田间动人的葫芦歌谣，如《婚誓》，舞的是别具特色的芦笙舞、摆舞，如《快乐拉祜》《欢腾的野阔》等。葫芦文化艺术是中华民族的精神财富，是中华民族音乐艺术百花园中骄美的鲜花，美丽动人的民族旋律与形态各异、色彩斑斓的葫芦乐器给人们带来了美的艺术享受，优美的歌声与欢乐的舞蹈把人们带向美好的明天。特别是扎根于民族的沃土，利用葫芦这种中华民族的特殊符号，倾诉华夏人的情怀是葫芦艺术主题音乐会成功的基础。
Mr. Hu Lu used this to plan his creativity, on the evening of October 13, 2019, the splendid gourd art theme concert which is performed by the teachers and students of the music college of Qufu Normal University, once again pushed the art practice activities of promoting the national gourd culture and enhancing cultural self-confidence to a climax, which makes me extremely happy and touched. Through the global live broadcast online, let everyone share the wonderful performance of this gourd art theme concert. The concert has singing, dancing, instrumental music, etc, showing the historic gourd culture, such as "Huludu", a moving ballad about gourds of ethnic minorities in the rural areas; "Marriage Vow", a distinctive dance with lusheng dance and swing dance; such as marry ballad and dance “Happy Lahu” and "Jubilant Wild". The art of gourd culture is the spiritual wealth of the Chinese nation and a beautiful flower in the garden of Chinese national music and art. The beautiful and moving national melodies and colorful gourd instruments in different shapes bring people artistic enjoyment, and beautiful singings and joyful dance give people hope to embrace a better tomorrow. Especially rooting in the fertile soil of the nation, using the gourd, a special symbol of the Chinese nation to express the Chinese people's feelings，are the basis for the success of this concert on the guard art.
这与扈鲁先生的执着与求实是紧密相连的，如果说扈鲁先生担纲编纂的《葫芦文化丛书》是以静态图文形式呈现的话，那么他策划组织的这次“葫芦艺术主题音乐会”，则是以动态乐舞的形式再现和升华，动静结合中，增强了葫芦文化传播的艺术感染力，让观众看到了更加饱满圆润、立体鲜活又不同凡响的葫芦。扈鲁先生为讲好葫芦故事树立了一个“标杆”，为推动世界葫芦文化艺术不断深入研究再辟蹊径。
This is closely related to Mr. Hulu’s quality of perseverance and truth-seeking. If the "Hulu Culture Series" edited by Mr. Hulu is presented in the form of static graphics, then this "Gourd Art Theme Concert" which he planned and organized is reproduced and sublimated in the form of dynamic music and dance. The combination of dynamic and static enhances the artistic appeal of the gourd culture transmission, allowing the audience to see a fuller, solid and extraordinary gourd. Mr. Hu Lu has set a model for telling a good story about gourds, and opened a new path for the continuous in-depth study of the world's gourd culture and art.

2016年，在中国曲阜我荣幸聆听了扈鲁教授讲述的葫芦文化，因此和他结缘。在那段短暂而愉快的时间里，我们就巴西战舞以及舞蹈中所使用到的葫芦乐器进行了多次探讨交流。没想到，扈鲁教授的团队在缺乏其他参照的情况下，根据我的描述，仅用半个月的时间就制作出了多把巴西战舞葫芦乐器Berimbau，我和我的夫人还有幸参加了巴西战舞和这些乐器的初次展示。在中国的时间很短，但令我敬佩的是扈鲁教授对葫芦文化是如此地认真执着，甚至可以用狂热地喜欢来形容，我很想念那段美好的时光。
In 2016, I was honored to listen to the gourd culture taught by Professor Hu Lu in Qufu, China, so I got in touch with him. During that short and pleasant time, we had many discussions and exchanges on the Brazilian war dance and the gourd instruments used in the dance. Unexpectedly, Prof. Hulu’s team made many Brazilian war gourd instruments Berimbau in just half a month according to my description without other references. My wife and I were lucky to watch the first show of Brazilian war dance and these instruments. I stayed in China for a short time, but I admire that Professor Hu Lu is so serious and persistent about the gourd culture, and even fascinated with it. I miss that good time.
然而，更令我没想到的是，2019年10月，扈鲁教授竟然策划导演了一场精彩绝伦的葫芦艺术主题音乐会，并且还看到巴西战舞和Berimbau在舞台上完美的展现，我感觉自己瞬间被击中了，扈鲁教授居然从那以后用了三年的时间把那些葫芦乐器打磨、演绎得如此精美，太让我震撼了！这场音乐会还展示了十几个不同国家民族的舞蹈和几十件葫芦乐器，所涉及的葫芦文化元素覆盖世界多个洲、表演的艺术水平之高超，令我大开眼界。巴西战舞这样精彩的表演，这是我在巴西国内也无法看到和体验的，虽然没有在现场亲身体验经历，给我留下了小遗憾，但我已相当开心了。我不知道在以后，扈鲁教授还会给我多少“没想到”，我想应该会很多，我满怀期待并祝福他！
However, what I did not expect was that in October 2019, Professor Hu Lu actually planned and directed a wonderful concert of the gourd art theme, and also had the perfect performance of Brazilian war dance and Berimbau on the stage. It was like that I was hit in that moment when I watch it. It shocked me that Professor Hu Lu actually spends three years to polish and practice those gourd instruments to achieve this superb performance! The concert also showed dances of dozens of different countries and tens of gourd instruments. Meanwhile, it allowed various of gourd cultures from many continents to exchange in one stage, and the brilliant performance expand my horizon. The wonderful performance like Brazilian war dance is rare in Brazil. I’m a little bummed that I didn't watch it on site, but I am contented. I wonder how many "unexpected" Professor Hu Lu will give me in the future. I think there will be a lot. I am full of anticipation and wish him best!

2017年3月18日，我们欧亚经济联盟代表团一行到访中国曲阜师范大学，访问期间受邀在曲阜师范大学音乐厅观看了《中白文化交流之曲师大音乐学院民乐专场音乐会》。音乐会前，著名葫芦文化艺术家扈鲁教授，赠我了他所创作的写意葫芦画，介绍了葫芦在中国的吉祥寓意和在世界各地的分布，特别是用葫芦所制作的乐器在全球就有几百种，那些葫芦文化中所包含的音乐艺术，和的葫芦文化艺术的传承，让我感到非常震撼！
On March 18, 2017, our delegation of Eurasian Economic Union visited Qufu Normal University in China. During this visit, we were invited to watch the concert of “The Cultural Exchange between China and Belarus-A Special Concert of Folk Music in Music School of Qufu Normal University” at the concert hall. Before the concert, professor Hu Lu, a famous artist of the gourd culture, gave me his freehand brushwork painting about the gourd, then he introduced the auspicious meaning of the gourd in China and its distribution around the world. I knew that there are hundreds of musical instruments made with gourd in the world, and I was shocked by the music art that contained in the gourd culture as well as the inheritance of the art for the gourd culture.
让我没想到的是，在2017年第一次相识时，扈鲁教授在音乐厅的舞台上赠画后所讲述的“葫芦音乐故事”，竟然在2018年和2019年两次搬上了舞台并成功上演。扈鲁教授具有很强的执行力，他说到做到并且连续两年组织策划了两场葫芦艺术主题音乐会，这真是不可思议，令人敬佩！非常遗憾的是未能亲眼目睹音乐会盛况，但从相关报道和现场资料片，我看到了葫芦主题音乐会中声乐、器乐、舞蹈等多层面艺术形式，特别是中国葫芦艺术，有一首叫作《月光下的凤尾竹》的器乐合奏，在舞美设计上看得出扈鲁教授格外用心，大大小小的立体葫芦道具，镶嵌在墙上的葫芦模型等，让人过目不忘，印象深刻；整场音乐会主题舞美、传统葫芦乐器特点鲜明，能感受到音乐会所展现出来的葫芦文化艺术的地域性、丰富性和多样性，这场葫芦艺术主题音乐会，可谓华夏民族葫芦文化艺术的视听盛宴！
To my surprise, the “Gourd Music Story”, which was told by professor Hu Lu after giving me his painting on the stage of the concert hall for our first meeting in 2017, was successfully put on the staged in 2018 and 2019. I saw a strong execution ability of Professor Hu Lu. He did what he said and organized two gourd theme concerts for two consecutive years, which were so amazing and admirable. But it is a pity that I cannot witness the grand occasion of the concert. However, from related reports and on-site expansions, I saw multi-level art forms in the concert, such as vocal, instrumental, and dance, especially the art of Chinese gourd. In the concert, I enjoyed an instrumental ensemble called “Phoenix Bamboo under the Moonlight”, and I felt that it was attentively designed by professor Hu Lu in terms of three-dimensional gourd props in all sizes as well as the gourd models embedded on the wall, which made me so impressive. The whole concert was thematic with beautiful dance. The traditional gourd instruments were distinctive with unique characteristic. Then I felt the regionalism, richness and diversity of the gourd culture for the art which was displayed in the concert. What an audio-visual feast of Chinese national gourd culture for the art it was through this concert!
我要说的是：葫芦艺术主题音乐会，把世界多民族葫芦艺术表现的淋漓尽致，这是一次国际葫芦艺术交响乐，我远在白俄罗斯，对我的老朋友扈鲁先生表示由衷的祝贺！祝福扈教授和所有参加展演的中国朋友们福路艺术！福路一生！祝愿葫芦文化继续传承，发扬光大！
What I would like to say is that the guard art theme concert expresses the art of world’s multi-ethnic gourd vividly. This is an international symphony of the gourd art. Although I am now in Belarus, I would like to extend my heartfelt congratulations to my old friend Mr. Hu Lu! I wish you and all the Chinese friends who participated in the concert can go well. I hope the guard culture can continue to be carried forward and inherited.

With gourd as the main line, the concert focused on displaying gourd instruments and totem symbols through dance, instrumental music and vocal music, which was so innovative. At the concert, the static gourd moved and sounded. Not only did it enrich the expression of the gourd culture, but also broadened its research field. In the program, there were some national customs, such as the “huludu” of the Han nationality, the “lusheng” of the Lahu nationality, the “cucurbit flute” of the Dai nationality, the “duttar” of the Uyghur nationality, and the “dramyin” of the Tibetan nationality. There were also some international models, such as “berimbau” in Brazil, “kamantcheh” in Turkey, “gourd sand hammer” in Peru, and “marimba” in Africa. All these instruments blended together with the ancient and modern, connected China and foreign countries, and appealed both refined and popular tastes, which was so unforgettable. I was invited to visit the gourd culture museum founded by professor Hu Lu, and I was amazed by his excellent painting skills and rich gourd collections. The nine volumes of Gourd Culture Series compiled by him have filled the gap of world gourd culture research. The “Chinese Gourd Image Arts Research” hosted by him won the national social science foundation project for the art. He created one surprise after another, which is the process of professor Hu Lu’s unremitting efforts for decades, is the process of lighting the traditional auspicious cultural symbols of gourd in China, and is also the process of professor Hu Lu to promote the gourd culture in the “Belt and Road”. 2019年夏天，我非常荣幸参加了“看中国·外国青年影像计划·山东行”，这是中国文化对外交流的一项公益项目，我们到了中国山东曲阜、日照，用镜头体验山东省的齐鲁文化，并深刻体验了山东人民的好客深情。就我个人而言，我的收获比同行的人更多，因为我结识了扈鲁先生，体验了葫芦文化。直到今天，我还存有遗憾，如果早结识扈鲁先生，如果不是提前确定了选题，我会用我的摄像机记录扈鲁先生的葫芦文化。
In the summer of 2019, I was very honored to participate in "Looking at China • Foreign Youth Video Project • Trip to Shandong", which was a public welfare project for the foreign exchange of Chinese culture. We went to Qufu and Rizhao in Shandong to experience the Qilu culture of Shandong Province through the lens, and deeply experienced the hospitality of people there. Personally, I have gained more than my peers because I met Mr. Hulu and experienced the gourd culture. To this day, I still have regrets. Recently, when I learned that Mr. Hulu successfully held the "Fulu China" gourd art theme concert, I first thought of Mr. Hulu's "Hulu Home". "Hulu Family" is easy to understand. Through the introduction of this gourd art theme concert, I once again saw the familiar and dear figure of Lu Sheng, which is the most important and most emotional instrument in "Lu Sheng Wu". In the "Hulu Family", Mr. Hu Lu and I used to play Lu Sheng together and dance the Lu Sheng. I cherish this instrument very much. It uses a gourd as a resonance cavity and its timbre is close to that of a Scottish bagpipe. It is simple and sweet, and the bass is the most characteristic. The first time I heard the music played by Lu Sheng, I first thought of the great tenderness of Titanic. This is really a magical instrument.

From the conception to planning, and to the collection and exhibition of gourd instruments, this theme concert highlights that Mr. Hulu has a unique perspective and profound connotation on the study of gourd culture. This is also a great inspiration to my photography creation. I often think that Mr. Hu Lu ’s research on gourd culture is not only very deep, but also three-dimensional and multi-dimensional. It can also be said that Mr. Hu Lu not only pursues theoretical research, at the same time, it also pursues the breadth of physical collection, and more importantly, it makes the gourd research emit a wonderful sound of nature. It is a clever combination of literature, culture, history, painting and music. This state of affairs is beyond my expectation.
最让我震惊，而不是聚焦关注的是，竟然有这么多非洲葫芦乐器在这次葫芦主题音乐会上呈现出来，有非洲“葫芦竖琴”和“手鼓”，有“马林巴”、“姆比拉”，还有非洲“葫芦沙锤”等，这其中有些乐器，就连非洲本土居民都不一定熟悉，却在遥远的中国的舞台上成为音乐会的重要乐器。如果能亲临现场观看聆听这场音乐会，将是如何的幸福与荣耀呢？看来我的遗憾越来越多了。
What shocked me most, instead of focusing on the fact that so many African gourd instruments were presented at this gourd-themed concert, there were African "gourd harp" and "tambourine", "Marimba" and "Mu" "Bira", as well as the African "Gourd Sand Hammer", etc. Some of these instruments, which are not necessarily familiar to the native African residents, have become important instruments for concerts on the distant Chinese stage.
